Not responsible for lost or damage tickets.  Boarding begins at 10:30 PM behind Cobo Hall.  The cruise will take place rain or shine.  You must be 21 years or older.  For security purposes you will be required to present picture I.D.  No video or any recording devices allowed.  Suggested Parking on Cobo Hall Garage at $10.00 per vehicle.
