NEWS FROM THE PRESIDENT

We have an opportunity to attend the Pre-Broadway Premiere Musical "The Addams Family" starring Nathan Lane and Bebe Neuwirth in Chicago on Saturday, November 21, 2009. There is a plan to take the Amtrak to Chicago, see

the matinee performance and ride the train back to Detroit. The cost is $149.00 per person.

If we can get 20 folks to commit to this fun little get away, we will seize the opportunity. This requires a $50.00 refundable deposit by July 11, 2009. If you live in Chicago and would like to join us or interested in riding the train, contact Pam at psligh@aol.com

We are in desperate need of funds to help us and the charitable causes we support. We are asking for each person reading this to take this moment and donate between $5.00 to $100.00 to support our programs and to help defer some of our operational cost.
